Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of arcellion.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Arcellion Ltd (“Arcellion”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

Arcellion Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at Suite Ra01, 195–197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU, United Kingdom. We help established businesses assess the value of their data and workflows, and introduce them to data licensing partners.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Misuse the Website: for example by introducing viruses or other harmful material, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems.

  • Interfere with its operation: including through automated scraping, overloading or denial-of-service attacks.

  • Use it unlawfully: or in any way that is fraudulent, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time without notice.

3. Information on the Website

The content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. While we aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that its content is complete, accurate or current.

The Market examples on the Website summarise publicly reported deals between third parties. Arcellion was not involved in those deals, and they are included for illustration only. They are not a promise or prediction of what your business could achieve.

4. Estimates and the payout calculator

Any figures shown on the Website, including those produced by our payout calculator, are indicative estimates only. They are not an offer, quotation or guarantee of payment. The actual value of any data licensing opportunity depends on factors such as the quality, volume and ownership of your data, the terms agreed and review by licensing partners.

5. Our services

Booking a call with us is free and does not place you under any obligation. Any services we provide, and any data licensing partnership we help arrange, will be governed by a separate written agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the written agreement will prevail.

We do not guarantee that your business will qualify for, or be offered, a data licensing partnership, or the value of any such partnership.

6. Third-party services, links and trademarks

The Website uses and links to services operated by third parties, such as our booking tool (Cal.com) and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Names and logos of third-party tools and companies shown on the Website are used only to illustrate where business data may be held, or to describe publicly reported events. They are trademarks of their respective owners and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

7. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, design and code, are owned by or licensed to Arcellion and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Subject to that, the Website is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
