What to expect when you book a call with us.
What happens on the call?
It’s a 30-minute conversation about your company, the systems you use and the records and workflows your team produces. We’ll explain how data licensing partnerships work and give you an honest view of whether there looks to be a fit.
Is there a fee to get started?
No. There is no upfront fee, and booking a call places you under no obligation to proceed.
Do we need to share any data before or during the call?
No. Arcellion does not need access to your raw data during the initial assessment. Nothing is shared until your company has agreed exactly what can be included and how it can be used.
How do we know if we qualify?
We typically work with companies that have at least 20 full-time employees on U.S. (W-2) or UK (PAYE) payroll, have been trading for 3+ years and are still actively operating. If you’re unsure, we can talk it through on the call.
Who should join the call?
Ideally an owner, president or CEO, or someone else who can make decisions for the business. It can also help to bring whoever knows your core systems best.
What happens after the call?
If there appears to be a fit, Arcellion helps present the opportunity, introduces your company to a suitable licensing partner and supports you through assessment and agreement.
How is our company data protected?
Your company agrees what can be included and how it can be used before anything is transferred. Sensitive information can be excluded, and approved partners use secure transfer, encryption and anonymisation. Access, retention and deletion terms are agreed before you proceed.
